Pillaged from the Trailer Park

For the past five years, my friend and I have been going to an abandoned trailer park near Mobile, AZ.  We have seen four trailers become one lone trailer.  That trailer stood steady for a long time, but started falling.  Just this past year, it finally fell.  We usually check the park for items we can use for Etsy projects or for something useful around our houses.  You would think that with all the junk around the collapsed trailer, we would find lots of stuff.  We did find some things, but most of the wood items were frail and flimsy.  This last time, I was able to find a door with unbroken windows.  Score!!  After wandering around the place, we realized that we were done going there for finds. We had pillaged it for the last time.  Here are some of the things I found and took home.

Anita's Cocina

Located in the heart of the historic district of Wickenburg, AZ, is a little quaint restaurant known as Anita's Cocina.  When it initially began, it was basically a tiny, one-room Mexican restaurant.  It had a window where you would walk up and order your meal.  Only 10 people at a time could sit at the restaurant and eat their lunch or dinner.  In the 1990's, Anita's was sold and the new owners vowed to keep to same excellence of food and service the original owners were known for.  They are very proactive in every aspect of the restaurants needs from cooking to cleaning and welcoming their customers.

Today, Anita's Cocina has four dining areas and has become Wickenburg's utmost trendy establishment for locals and visitors alike.  I have eaten there twice, and both times my meal was utterly delicious.

Hum, What is This?

A large monster-like animal?

Sasquatch? A person in a ghillie suit?

Nope, just a weird looking tree.
