The Gallery in Williams & Tom Williams

This place was definitely one of our favorites.  All the items for sale were made by local artists.  These one-of-a-kind finely created arts and crafts are a testament to the talented people of Williams, AZ.  (Website: http://www.thegalleryinwilliams.com/)

One of the artist's work that caught my attention was that of Tom Williams.  I loved everything he did that the store had on display.  I ended up buying a metal heart necklace hanging on a red suede string.  Tom has taken his love of hot fire melting metal to make creative art.  When he won the Elegance award in the Flagstaff Recycled Art Show, it got his creative juices flowing.  He decided to open a gallery in Williams in September of 2011.  A year later, he entered another piece he called "Shoeguaro" and won Best in Show.  He also, along with a couple of other men, created "The Mars Kaleidishpere" which can be seen at the Lowell Observatory.
